Our Safety

At Hi-Tech Weld Overlay Group safety is our top priority.  Safety is everyone’s responsibility at all levels within our organization and it is the policy of this company to provide a healthy and safe environment for all of our employees.  Our personnel receive ongoing education in safety procedures and are held accountable for maintaining a “safety-first” mindset.  

When it comes to protecting our employees, collaboration between our craft and staff is expected and necessary to prevent safety incidents from ever occurring.  Hi-Tech’s pro-active approach provides our personnel the knowledge and tools to perform work safely.  Site-specific safety training, job hazard analysis procedures and job safety audits are a few examples of the tools and procedures we use company-wide to prevent safety incidents. 

Hi-Tech continues to be recognized as one of the safest contractors within our industry by our continual commitment of safety.  Our safety statistics (OSHA logs, EMR, etc.) are some of the best in our industry.
